December Ornament of the Month

Magical525 created the gem Ornament of the Month free patterns at our NCCIH website.  She made ornaments and garlands with hers.  For some insane reason, I chose to go the tiny route which was a challenge! 

This is the first of three December ornaments.  As you may or may not have noticed, I used pieces and parts of left over evenweave so that all throughout the year of ornaments they are a different size or different count.  The last bit of scrappy evenweave I had was some very poorly made evenweave.  As you can see it has a long weave and a short cross weave.  It gave this ornament (Tanzanite) a rectangular look to it, but I assure you it is a square pattern

I love this one especially.  It came out the way it came out and should be loved regardless :bademoticon:
