My PDA went to hell yesterday at work and I still had to wait for my transport to take me home, sooo, having pulled all of the packing paper out of the boxes of drip pans decided to try drawing something on it to test for "texture, durability" and such. Turns out the paper is fantastic to draw on and doesn't mind erasing OFTEN, and when I got home and took some watercolor marker to it, the only issue I had was leaving the marker on paper too long.....it does and doesn't absorb due to the wax-like substance on one side of the paper.

If you are ever in Home Depot, go check out the drip pans and if there is paper in between the pans pull some out for drawing or what-have-you. Besides, the paper isn't supposed to be there, it is merely put between the pans to keep them from scratching each other
